Tracking & Returned Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and arranging collection where required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as:
- Failure to collect the parcel
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Delivery attempts being missed
- The parcel being refused
- Failure to respond to the courier or postal service
the original shipping costs will not be refundable, and any additional postage required to resend the order must be paid by the customer.
Where a selected shipping method is unavailable for a particular destination, we reserve the right to use an alternative suitable service. If you have paid for a more expensive shipping option that cannot be provided, the difference in shipping cost will be refunded.
