1. Are all of your items authentic?

Yes. Every item sold by NDWC0 is 100% authentic and undergoes a thorough authentication process before being made available for sale. We carefully assess relevant labels, construction, materials, detailing and other identifying characteristics to ensure the authenticity of every piece in our collection.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. NDWC0 currently offers worldwide shipping, allowing customers across the globe to shop our collection.

3. Will I need to pay import duties or fees on my order?

In most cases, no. Our international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever applicable, meaning applicable duties and taxes are covered in advance to provide a smoother purchasing experience.

Please note that, in exceptional circumstances, customs authorities may independently inspect a shipment or impose additional charges outside of our control. Any such charges requested directly by local customs authorities may remain the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our collection, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges. The majority of our inventory consists of one-of-one vintage and archival pieces, meaning that once an item is purchased, it is immediately removed from availability for other prospective buyers.

As a small independent business specialising in unique garments, this policy allows us to continue offering a carefully curated collection at competitive prices.

We therefore strongly recommend reviewing all photographs, descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding sizing, condition or a particular garment, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

5. Do you offer discounts or accept offers?

We currently offer 20% off your first order when you sign up to our mailing list.

Our items are individually sourced and priced according to their rarity, condition, quality and market value. As a result, we do not generally accept additional offers or price negotiations.

Please ensure that any applicable discount code is entered before completing checkout, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.

Customer payment information is handled through secure payment infrastructure compliant with PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of PCI security certification, helping ensure that your payment information is processed securely.

7. Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Eligible customers in the UK may use Klarna to spread the cost of their purchase.

Instalment options may also be available through PayPal Pay Later, subject to PayPal's individual eligibility requirements and availability in your region.

8. Can you help me with sizing?

Every NDWC0 listing includes a comprehensive set of garment measurements taken personally by our team. These measurements, alongside the garment's proportions and intended fit, are used to determine the size displayed on our website rather than relying solely on the original label size.

Vintage sizing can differ considerably from modern sizing. An item labelled as one size may fit smaller or larger depending on its era, designer, cut and intended silhouette.

We can help compare measurements, recommend the most appropriate size and provide further information regarding the fit of a particular garment before you purchase.

Above all, NDWC0 is defined by curation rather than quantity. Many of the pieces we offer are one-of-one, exceptionally difficult to source and may never become available through us again.
